Jasmine Elder

Founder & President

After exploring Graphic Design and Massage Therapy school, Jasmine found her passion in Investment Banking. Her future goals include running her own practices and creating lasting financial literacy initiatives for Greater Boston's youth and beyond. Her unique blend of skills and experiences positions her as a beacon of knowledge and support for the communities she serves.

Joanna Elder

Founder & Secretary

Working with children over the course of six years; From the role of assistant group leader, to group leader at East End House. Transitioning to facilitating focus groups for high school girls with another organization.  Joanna's commitment to empowering youth is driven by her desire to provide the opportunities and knowledge she could only imagine growing up.

Keith Annulysse

Treasurer

As a kid, Keith was involved in groups like YMCA and Boys and Girls Club- Those groups exposed him to different cultures and opportunities. After graduating from Salem State University with a bachelors in Business Administration, Keith moved more towards accounting where he's currently as a staff accountant. His prior exposure will make him a great mentor for our youth by providing them education and support.

Paula Caruso

Community Outreach Coordinator

Born in Newton MA, living in Cambridge for the last 28 years, Paula comes from a big family of 10 children.  Her proudest accomplishment is being a mother. Paula currently works for the City of Cambridge. Caring deeply about the community, especially the young and most vulnerable, Paula will use her powerful voice as to conduct outreach and advocacy initiatives.

"If we stand up and advocate for children, while providing them safe spaces, resources, and a sense of community within in a nurturing environment, we can lead them to the road of success."
